Please read these Terms carefully before using Sabari Intelligence Services products and platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Sabari Intelligence Services (“SIS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using SIS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Use of the Platform
SIS provides AI-powered tools and platforms that help users build applications, systems, and experiences using natural language instructions.
You agree that you will:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the systems
- Not use SIS to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
3. Accounts & Access
Certain features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit, suspend, or terminate access if misuse or abuse is detected
- Refuse service where required by law or internal policy
4. AI-Generated Output
SIS uses AI and automation to generate code, content, and system behavior based on your input. While we aim for high-quality output, all AI-generated content is provided “as is”.
You understand and agree that:
- You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any output before using it in production
- SIS is not liable for errors, bugs, or issues in generated content
- You must ensure that your use of output complies with applicable laws and policies
5. Intellectual Property
All SIS trademarks, branding, platform designs, website content, and core technology are the intellectual property of Sabari Intelligence Services.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable service agreement, you may own or control the rights to applications, configurations, and business logic that you create using the SIS platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use SIS to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Create or distribute malware, spam, or harmful automation
- Impersonate individuals, companies, or entities
- Generate fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content
- Train competing AI models directly using SIS output without permission
7. Employment, Internships & OPT/STEM
If you are engaged with SIS as a contractor, intern, or employee—especially under OPT/STEM or similar programs—your relationship will also be governed by separate employment or engagement agreements.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees employment, sponsorship, or any particular immigration benefit.
8. Third-Party Services
SIS may integrate or interact with third-party tools, APIs, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SIS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SIS, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to SIS at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to SIS or other users.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and may post a notice on the website. Continued use of SIS after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
