Join the Future of Intelligent Systems
Sabari Intelligence Services (SIS) is building AI that lets anyone create software and control devices using natural language and voice. If you want to work on real products, not just ideas, this is where you belong.
Why Work at SIS?
Build Something That Matters
We are not another generic software company. At SIS, you work on core products like SIS Builder and SIS Puppy — tools that can change how students, creators, and businesses build and interact with technology worldwide.
Learn Fast, Grow Faster
You will work directly with real AI systems, cloud platforms, and product decisions. We are a startup, so you are not a small part of a big machine — your contribution actually shapes the company and the product.
Remote-First, Flexible Work
Our team is distributed across the U.S. and India. We support remote work, flexible working hours, and asynchronous collaboration, as long as the work is delivered with ownership and responsibility.
OPT & STEM Friendly
We actively consider OPT, CPT, and STEM extension candidates for real, project-based work. You will get proper offer letters, experience letters, and exit documentation based on your contribution and project involvement.
Open Roles
Below are the initial roles we are focusing on as we grow SIS. Even if your profile is slightly different, you can still reach out if you strongly connect with our vision.
AI Engineer – Autonomous Systems
Work on the intelligence layer behind SIS Builder and SIS Puppy: multi-agent systems, reasoning flows, and self-improving logic that turns user intent into real actions and products.
- Good knowledge of Python and at least one ML/AI framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
- Basic understanding of LLMs, prompts, agents, or automation flows
- Comfortable experimenting, prototyping, and improving models over time
- Location: Remote (U.S. or India)
Full-Stack Engineer (Web & Platforms)
Help us turn English descriptions into working frontends and backends. You’ll work on the generation engine, APIs, and the user-facing experiences for SIS Builder.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (React / Next.js or similar)
- Comfort with building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs
- Basic understanding of cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure / Firebase)
- Location: Remote (initially), with future hybrid options
AI Research Intern (Students / OPT / CPT)
Ideal for students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience with real AI products. You will assist with experiments, data analysis, benchmarking, and research for new capabilities.
- Open to CS, AI, Data, or related backgrounds (Bachelors/Masters)
- No prior experience required, but strong curiosity is mandatory
- Comfort working with code, documentation, and research papers
- Location: Remote, timing flexible around classes
India Operations & Project Coordination
Support SIS projects from India, including documentation, testing, communication with team members, and coordination between different work streams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in technology, AI, or software projects
- Comfort coordinating across time zones (U.S. & India)
- Location: Remote India-based position
Don’t see a perfect match? You can still send us your profile and a short description of how you would like to contribute to SIS. We review every serious application.
How We Hire
1. Share Your Profile
Start by reaching out through the Contact page or email (once you have official SIS email set up), with your resume, LinkedIn/GitHub (if available), and the role you're interested in. If you’re a student or on OPT/STEM, mention your current status and timelines clearly.
2. Discussion & Fit
We’ll schedule a short conversation to understand your background, interests, and how you want to grow. This is less about trick questions and more about matching you to the right work.
3. Practical Task or Mini Project
Instead of long interview rounds, we prefer a small practical task related to the role — for example, a simple UI, a logic flow, an AI prompt experiment, or a documentation/sample writing task. This helps both sides see how we can work together.
4. Offer, Onboarding & Documentation
Once selected, you’ll receive an official offer letter and clear onboarding details. After successful completion of your work or internship period, we provide experience letters and relieving letters based on your contributions and project responsibilities.
