1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled by Sabari Intelligence Services (β€œSIS”). By purchasing or subscribing to SIS products, you agree to the terms below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
  • You cancel within the allowed refund window (see Section 3)
  • A technical issue on our platform prevented you from accessing paid features

3. Subscription Refund Window

SIS offers the following refund windows depending on your plan:

  • Monthly Plans: Refunds available within 3 days of the initial charge
  • Annual Plans: Refunds available within 7 days of the initial charge
  • Pay-As-You-Go: No refunds after usage has begun

After the refund window closes, all payments are considered final.

4. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Services already delivered or consumed
  • AI-generated code, outputs, or assets already downloaded
  • Misuse, violations, or platform abuse
  • Hiring, payroll, or employment-related services
  • Custom development or consulting work

5. Automatic Renewals

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are not issued for late cancellations made after the renewal charge.

6. Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting SIS support or using your account dashboard (when available). Cancellation stops future billing but does not create refund eligibility after usage begins.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Employment & Internships

Any fees related to employment processing, OPT/STEM support, onboarding, or HR operations are **non-refundable**. This Refund Policy does not imply any employment guarantee or financial benefit.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback may result in account termination and legal action. Please contact SIS first β€” most issues can be resolved quickly.

10. Modifications to This Policy

SIS may update this policy from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page.
